In-Season FLEX (Beginner)


Not sure how to incorporate movements that will get your blood flow moving, provide a good stretch, and still provide your muscles with a good challenge? This version of our flex-only program is for those functioning at a beginner level (or those who have tested at beginner on our protocol test), and is unlike most other circuits you’ve come across. Incorporating these flex programs is a perfect way to add benefit to your training, even if you don’t have a lot of extra time in your routine.
