Our return policy for physical, tangible products is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund.  We will work with you to exchange any defective products, and we will provide an exchange if you received an incorrect size.

If you need to return an item beyond the 30-day limit, please contact us.  We will do our best to work with you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  An electronic copy suffices.

This policy does not apply, nor are we responsible for, any products purchased from a third-party advertised on our website.  This includes if you make a purchase after clicking on an affiliate link, banner ads, sidebar ads, and text links to a third-party, where the purchase was conducted via the third-party and not

Items Exempt from Returns and Refunds:

Non-returnable items include, but are not necessarily limited to:

* Gift cards, gift certificates, or store credit.

* Downloadable products (this includes training programs and workouts)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days upon the approval of the refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any physical item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  Any item you are wishing to return beyond the 30-day limit requires approval.  Please contact us if you are in this situation.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account or credit card again.  You may also wish to contact your credit card company or bank directly, as sometimes it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end.

Sale and Clearance items:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you for the same price the product was purchased for.  If you buy an item on sale or clearance, you will receive the sale or clearance price refunded plus any applicable sales tax or other fees you paid at the time of purchase, provided you return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.  Please provide the gift receipt you received to expedite processing.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Obstacle Course Racers, LLC is not responsible for any item you purchased after clicking a third-party ad or link on our website.  If you clicked on an ad on our website, and you made a purchase from the company whose ad you clicked on where the transaction was completed on their website, we cannot return or offer an exchange for that product.  For example, if you click on an ad on our website that is offering a sale on shoes and it takes you to another website where you purchase that pair of shoes, you will need to contact the company you paid the shoes for, for any issue arising out of that purchase.  We are only responsible for our own products offered via direct purchase on the website or social media channels.
