Palmer Shape is the official training partner of OCRRACERS.COM. We’ve teamed up to provide world class strength training programs, without a subscription! It doesn’t matter whether you’re new or experienced at OCR.  Every training plan has its purpose, and was personally crafted by Steven Palmer, CSCS.  These training plans have been carefully planned out and battle-tested by OCR Racers and high-caliber athletes alike.  The results are the same: incredible.* Palmer Shape products are simple: You will see results if you put in the work. Our pricing structure and format are also simple.
  • First: download and complete our FREE protocol test to see where you’re at with your fitness.
  • Second: purchase the program best-suited to your current fitness level based on the protocol test results, and we’ll deliver the program to you via a download.  Once you determine whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you can choose to start with the pre-season, in-season, or post-season program.  (This is just dependent on where you are in your OCR season).  Of course, you’re always welcome to start wherever you feel most ready.
Your Purchase Includes:
  • A solid training program spanning 6-10 weeks (dependent upon program and your schedule).
  • A suggested calendar for incorporating the workouts.
  • Access to a private Facebook group and dedicated email address, where you can ask Palmer Shape and/or OCRRACERS.COM questions directly about your training.  You’ll also be able to converse with other members that have purchased Palmer Shape programs and may have already had the same question answered.  Either way, ask away and we’ll get you taken care of so your training doesn’t skip a beat.

Q: Why are your programs so inexpensive? A: Simple.  We want to improve the lives of others without breaking the bank. Q: Some programs offer monthly subscriptions. Why isn’t that an option with your programs? A: Again, simple.  People forget to cancel subscriptions.  Every month someone forgets to cancel before the money is withdrawn from their account is another month they’ve thrown money away.   We want you to elevate your training without breaking the bank.  Our programs are thoughtfully and reasonably priced in an effort to truly help others out. Q: How are the programs set up? A: Palmer Shape programs are all written by the highly certified professional, Steven, whose background is a degree in Physiology and has a CSCS training certification.  They are more than what you would expect if you hired a personal trainer (only much better and WAY less expensive).  Upon purchase, you will receive a PDF to download with the complete program(s).  They are yours to keep and refer back to, forever. Q: I’m thinking about doing an OCR, but haven’t done one yet.  Can I use your programs? A:  ABSOLUTELY! Anyone can benefit from these ocr training programs.  While they are tailored to help elevate an OCR racer’s potential, anyone at any skill level can use our programs because we don’t just throw a bunch of “OCR stuff” in there. Our focus for the OCR racer is to build your body up so you can achieve any obstacle, regardless of the obstacle.  But, you still might want to practice the spear throw… Q: I’m an experienced and competitive OCR racer, will your programs benefit me? A: Yes.  We believe our ocr training programs are so good, that even the most seasoned OCR Racer will benefit from our programs.  Even if you’ve been on another training program, you can benefit because Palmer Shape programs tend to be different from other programs in the way they are structured and the exercises that are included.  Your muscles will recognize that you’re doing something different and; therefore, produce results.
