This is an 8-10 week strength training program that includes all lift, cardio, and flex programs in one. Available in beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.   • A smoking deal.  Our programs are written by the highly certified Palmer Shape.  Palmer Shape is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), and trains athletes of all caliburs to improve their performance on and off the course.
