Breakfast Shake that’s quick, easy, clean, and takes 5-minutes:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Spoonful of Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (we like vanilla-flavored)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional…omit if you are using vanilla almond milk)
Blend and enjoy!

This shake also makes an extremely easy option to eat on race morning, providing necessary nutrients while you’re on the course.
